lease
2) timing the space move process

modeling to assist in deciding if a client should buy,
lease, build to suit, be an equity participant, or a variety
of other alternatives for the acquisition of medical or
dental facilities.

The Business Space Advocate is frequently asked to
coordinate clinic facility design and construction. We
remain fully engaged with the project until well after the
