►   H. Scott Welton, Designated Broker and President, is a licensed commercial real estate broker with 20 years experience in real estate negotiation and business tenant representation. Scott is a seasoned public speaker and has addressed groups from 35 to 350. 
►   An avid mountain climber and skier, he is also Chair of Everett Mountain Rescue, a member of both Snohomish County Search & Rescue (where he serves on its board of directors) and the Snohomish County Helicopter Rescue Team. Scott has also served on various other boards including Counterpoint Community Mental Health Services, the South Snohomish County Chamber of Commerce and the South Everett/Mukilteo Rotary.
►   Originally trained as a therapist, his Masters Degree emphasized training and communication. A Regents Scholar, he graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of both Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.
